S'mores Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over low heat
Take off the heat and mix in the powdered sugar
Beat the butter-sugar mixture thoroughly after adding the eggs and vanilla extract
Mix the salt, all-purpose flour, and cocoa powder in a different bowl
Mixing until just combined, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones
Add one cup of milk chocolate chips and the graham cracker crumbs and stir
Fill the baking pan with brownie batter and spread it evenly
For 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, bake in the preheated oven
After taking the brownies out of the oven, quickly top them with the final cup of milk chocolate chips
Evenly distribute the tiny marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips
Once the pan is back in the oven, broil the marshmallows for one to two minutes on low, or until they turn golden brown
Watch carefully to prevent burning
Take the brownies out of the oven and allow them to cool in the pan on a wire rack
Cut into squares when cool, then savor your delectable S'mores Brownies!
