Grilled Korean-Style Skirt Steak
This Grilled Korean-Style Skirt Steak has all the bold flavors of Korean barbecue. With its savory and slightly sweet marinade, the skirt steak's natural richness is brought out even more, making this dish a must-have for any barbecue.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs skirt steak
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, green onions, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a bowl to make the marinade
Put the skirt steak in a shallow dish or a bag that can be closed again
Pour the marinade over the steak and make sure it's well covered
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight to marinate
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Let the extra marinade drip off the steak, then grill it for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it
After grilling the steak, let it sit for a few minutes and then cut it across the grain
Add more green onions and sesame seeds as a garnish
