Easy French Dip Sandwiches



For a quick and easy meal, these Easy French Dip Sandwiches are great. Beef that is slowly cooked with onions and served on hoagie rolls with a tasty broth on the side for dipping.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef roast
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Hoagie rolls

Instructions:

Place beef roast and sliced onion in crock pot

Pour beef broth over the roast and onions

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender and easily shreds

Slice hoagie rolls and fill with shredded beef and onions from the crock pot

Serve with a side of reserved broth for dipping
