Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice e

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

Put ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed

Spread the chicken mixture out into a thin, even circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to make the pizza crust

Place the chicken crust in an oven that has already been heated up

Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the edges are golden brown

When the crust is done, take it out of the oven and spread pizza sauce all over it

Add the toppings of your choice and then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce

Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles

If you want, add fresh basil leaves as a garnish before serving
